The AMPRO may be the perfect portable vise set. It includes a crown vise, dubbing twister, bodkin, scissors, rotary whip finisher, standard ceramic bobbin, bobbin threader, hackle pliers and tweezers plus a pedestal base; all of this is in a wooden case.

The crown vise requires no tedious adjustment to set the hook. Squeeze the lever to spread the spring-loaded jaws apart, place the hook, and you're ready to tie. Hooks from size 20 to at least 6/0 (and larger, depending on hook design) fit in this well-designed set of vise jaws.
Also included is a QR code that links to an instructional video to help you set up the vise, use the tools, and tie basic flies that will develop your tying skills including: a Zebra Midge, a woolly bugger, and a scud.
