This is a set of 3 tools. It includes a threader and two bobbin tube cleaners of different diameters.
As you pass waxed thread through most bobbins, the wax can build up in the tube of the bobbin. The bobbin cleaner removes this buildup as well as thread "dust" or dubbing that falls into the tube.
